The community for secretly sick baddies who look fine

We're the baddies building careers, cancelling plans, chasing big lives, and quietly trying to survive in bodies that do not play fair.

Join a meet-up, start one in your area, read the stories, and wear the message.

Looking fine - Feeling awful - Big dreams - Low battery - Cancelled plans - Hospital baddies - Career baddie - Trying anyway

What is Psst.

Psst is a secret between babes who get it.

Hot on the outside. Absolute chaos on the inside.

Part club.

Part movement.

Part group chat.

Part self expression.

Join the club, find your people, join or start a meet-up, shop the drops.

Feel seen and a little less alone - finally.

And we're just getting started - more to come.

Endo girls - Autoimmune girls - Diabetes girls - Migraine girls - PCOS girls - Pain girls - Fatigue girls - Waiting-for-answers girls - Hospital girls - Girls who get it

Nobody talks enough about how lonely being sick can be.

Being young and sick can change everything. Your energy, your friendships, your confidence, your body, your plans, your sense of self.

While everyone else is off to run club, you are stuck between pretending you are fine and crashing in bed.

Psst. is a free community for the baddies living that secret double life led by peeps with chronic illness.

Community

Your group chat does not always get it. The cancelled plans. The low battery. The feeling that you are not as fun as you used to be.

We help you find baddies who do.

Online, in real life, and through Sunday Rest Club meet-ups and future local clubs.

Content

Women’s media is obsessed with optimisation. Be healthier. Be calmer. Be hotter. Be more productive. Meanwhile some of us are just trying not to flare before lunch.

Our content is created by sick baddies, for sick baddies. Honest stories, healthcare rage, identity spirals, dark humour, and a podcast coming soon for the things everyone is too scared to say out loud.

Drops

Cute, bold, and impossible to ignore. Statement wear and everyday pieces that help you own being sick instead of hiding it.

Made to spark conversations, make the invisible visible, and helping fund women’s health in the process.

Sunday Rest Club

Hot girl walk energy.
Low battery edition.

When the world keeps serving up run clubs, bootcamps, and social plans that punish your body, Sunday Rest Club does the opposite.

We start at 10am with coffee and conversation. Then we do a slow walk designed for people who want connection without pretending they have endless energy.

You can join an official event, or help start one in your own area.

Everything is optional, including the walk.

Our first official Sunday Rest Club is on 29 March at the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne.

FAQs

Do I need an official diagnosis to join?

Nope.

No paperwork, no gatekeeping, no need to prove you’re unwell enough.

Do I have to be fit to come to Sunday Rest Club?

Absolutely not.

This is coffee and connection, not Olympic qualifiers.

Are the Sunday Run Clubs only in Melbourne?

For now, yes.

We’re starting in Melbourne, but the plan is bigger. More clubs, more cities, more baddies. Also we're looking for hosts to start more in your local area.

Can I start a Sunday Rest Club in my area?

Yes, please.

We’d love PSST to grow through the community, so if you want to bring it to your area, we want to hear from you.

How much does it cost to join the community?

Joining the club is free.

Some events may be free and some may have a small ticket cost, but we’ll always be upfront about it.

There are times when I just want to tell someone “I have been experiencing X. I have X doctor’s appointments this week”, and that person follows up later to see how it went. I want someone to care. I want to not feel so lonely in my battle.

I would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which I live and work, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. I pay my deepest respects to their Elders, past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

I also honour my ancestors the Wodi Wodi people of Dharawal, whose rich cultural heritage and connection to Country continue to inspire and guide me on this land today.

I acknowledge the enduring connection of the Wurundjeri people and Dharawal people to this land, its waterways, and skies, and I recognise their ongoing care for and custodianship of this Country for tens of thousands of years. Soverignty has never been ceded. This land was, is, and always will be Aboriginal land.
